1. How do I place my order?
 You can place orders by phone, fax, or email.
 
2. Can I purchase your products online on your website?
No.
 
3. Where can I get a sample?
Customers can request a sample here or can call customer service.
 
4. Who do I contact with a quality/product questions or concerns?
Product questions can be requested by e-mail using the contact us page on our website. 
 
5. When will my order ship?
Standard IN STOCK orders placed Monday-Friday, will be shipped no later than (2) days. We do not ship products on Holidays or weekends. Standard, in-stock orders received during the weekend will be shipped the following week. Orders received on Holidays will be shipped the following business weekday. Exceptions include: 
• Drop ship items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times will vary.
 
6. Are all your products latex free?
MedProtect offers a variety of products that are "latex free", however, if you are looking for a specific product, it is best to contact customer service to make sure latex free items are inside your kit.
 
7. How to determine the shelf life of a product?
Typically, there is a shelf life for our kits; it will be listed at the bottom of the product label under the contents list.
 
8. How do I get MSDS sheets?
MSDS sheets can be requested by sending an e-mail to  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or call Customer Support at 972.941.9500 ext. 102 (M-F 8am-5pm).
 
9. How do I track my shipment?

10. What is your backorder policy?
All backorder items will be shipped immediately upon receipt from the supplier. 
 
11. What are my payment choices?
Standard terms are Net 30 Days for existing registered customers. We also accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks, money orders, wire/bank transfers are also accepted and should be sent to:

12. I need a copy of my invoice. How can I obtain one?
An invoice is sent by mail at the time of shipment. But, if an additional copy is needed call Customer Support at 972.941.9500 ext. 102, (M-F 8am-5pm) and provide the order a representative. 13. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Though not required, purchase orders are accepted.
 
14. When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. Your charges should appear on your next credit card statement.
 
15. What are the shipping charges?
The cost of shipment will be pre-paid by MedProtect and added to your invoice. Additional charges may be levied for the following:
• Fuel Surcharge
• Orders outside the 48 states
Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notification. Customer pays all shipping charges on special order drop shipments.
 
16. What are my shipping options?
MedProtect ships to all 50 states in the U.S., and worldwide.
