How do I place my order?

 You can place orders by phone, fax, or email.

 

How do I know if you've received my order?

 You will receive confirmation via the way the order was placed. For example, if you faxed the order over an order confirmation will be faxed back to you.

 

When will my order ship?

Standard IN STOCK orders placed Monday-Friday, will be shipped no later than (2) days. We do not ship products on Holidays or weekends. Standard, in-stock orders received during the weekend will be shipped the following week. Orders received on Holidays will be shipped the following business weekday. Exceptions include:
• Drop ship items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times will vary.

How do I get MSDS sheets?

How do I track my shipment?

What is your backorder policy?
All backorder items will be shipped immediately upon receipt from the supplier. 

 

Can I cancel my order?
Orders are instantly transmitted to the production department for processing and therefore are difficult to intercept. If you have any other questions, contact Customer Support representative who will be happy to assist you, call us at 972.941.9500 ext. 102 (M-F 8am-5pm). What are my payment choices?

Standard terms are Net 30 Days for existing registered customers. We also accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks, money orders, wire/bank transfers are also accepted and should be sent to:

I need a copy of my invoice. How can I obtain one?
An invoice is sent by maile at the time of shipment. But, if an additional copy is needed call Customer Support at 972.941.9500 ext. 102, (M-F 8am-5pm) and provide the order a representative. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Though not required, purchase orders are accepted.

 

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped. Your charges should appear on your next credit card statement.

 

Shipping  & Returns

 

 What are the shipping charges?

The cost of shipment will be pre-paid by MedProtect and added to your invoice. Additional charges may be levied for the following:
• Fuel Surcharge
• Orders outside the 48 states

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notification. Customer pays all shipping charges on special order drop shipments.

 

What are my shipping options?
MedProtect ships to all 50 states in the U.S., and worldwide.
